Using the VPN

This guide outlines the steps to installing and logging onto the RFG VPN. This is for all users working from home.

Download the FortiToken Mobile App on your IOS or Android App Store.
Request VPN access on Sailpoint

3. You will receive an email from fortiauthenticator@rfg.com with a barcode or manual code.

4. Connect to the VPN in order to connect to an RFG server.

Open the Forticlient application on your PC
Select the server, enter your username and password.

You will receive a notification on the Forti App on your phone. Select approve or open the app and enter the token manually.
The connection screen should look like below once connected.
