Active Directory Account Name Change
Account names are initially provisioned based on the first and last name as stated in the individual’s identity document.
If an employee’s name has changed legally (e.g., due to marriage or other legal reasons), please follow the steps below:
- Log a call with the helpdesk requesting a name change including the updated identity documentation.
- Once the submitted documents are reviewed and approved, the Help Desk will be authorized to update the name across the relevant systems.
