Sage300 - Out of Office Setup
Out of Office setup.
- Click on drop down next to the Welcome user option.
- Select out of office.

User has 2 options to select when activating out of office on ESS.
1. Send my inbox items to the nominated approver while I am on leave.
- System will forward inbox items to nominated approver according leave that is processed for approver.
2. Send my inbox items to the nominated approver during the following dates.
- System will forward inbox items to nominated approver during the period selected.

Selecting nominated approver.
- Click in the box provided

- Search screen will pop-up
- Type surname of the person to nominate in block provided and click on search
- Select the person to nominate as approver. *Please make sure to select correct person
- Click on select to proceed

Click on save.
