Creating a PO Approver in Syspro
- If the operator already exists within Syspro, go to their operator profile, and ensure that the requisition user and buyer code is the same in the operator panel and general default panel.
Try to keep them like each other eg. Requisition user code is OJ and buyer code is OJ1. Save.

- Inventory -> Setup -> Pricing -> Buyers
Select ‘New’ and insert the buyer code, operator name and email address. Save.

- Purchase Orders -> Requisition System -> Setup -> Requisition Users
Select ‘New’ and fill in all user information. Save.

- Administration -> Custom Forms ->Ledger code -> Fill in the operator in ‘approver 1’ and ‘approver 2’. Save.

- Send the document to operator to sign.
Ensure that the user signs as big as possible.
- Take a screenshot of the signature, convert to a png file and resize to 146.
- Syspro server -> D drive -> Syspro -> Data -> Signatures -> Move the file to drive [For company R employees]

Ensure that the buyer code is the name of the file.
