Sign-up for Self-Service Password Reset

Navigate to https://login.microsoftonline.com/

Enter your RFG email address (usually name.surname@rfg.com):

Enter your current RFG password:

Select ‘Next’:

Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smart phone, if you don’t have it already:

Use the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone to scan the QR code on your screen:

Select ‘Next’ and MFA to your new account for the first time:

If your MFA was successful, you will receive the following screens:

You can now reset your RFG password and unlock your RFG account at anytime from any device using the Microsoft Online Password Reset page.
