Enter your RFG email address (usually name.surname@rfg.com): Select ‘I forgot my password’: Enter the code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app: Input a new password which complies with the following requirements: Passwords must be unique and must not be reused within 9 previous passwords. Passwords cannot contain your RFG account username Passwords should be at least 9 characters long. Passwords must be complex and include a combination of at least 3 of the following: a. Lowercase letters b. Uppercase letters c. Numbers d. Special characters such as "!@#$%^&*(){}[]"
