Third Party Access Request
When a new third-party service provider requires access to any RFG system, a process must be followed.
1. Identify the third-party type.
Contractor: Third party employee who works on RFG site and requires a mailbox that is not provided by their organisation. This includes birthright access to low internet and an E3 Microsoft License (basic license).
Vendor: Third party service provider that requires access to the RFG network or applications.
OT Vendor: Third party service provider that requires access to the RFG network. This includes birthright access to VPN and user access to CPT-OTJUMP-01 (Jumpbox) server.
2. Send the relevant policies to the vendor to read.
See table below regarding policies that must be signed, uploaded or read. The policies are attached below.

3. Complete the "Third Party Access Request" form on Freshworks.
Third Party Access | RFG Helpdesk
4. A ticket will be created with the helpdesk. Upon approval from IT, an account will be created
5. Once an account is created, access can be requested on Sailpoint by the RFG representative.

The third party must renew their access annually. To do so, the third party must:
1. Sign the Third Party Access Acknowledgment Form attached below
2. Complete the Third Party Access Renewal Form.
3. A ticket will be created with the helpdesk. The account end date will then be extended.
