Reset Microsoft MFA
Should you need to reset your Microsoft Account MFA (normally because you have obtained a new phone), you are able to do so via the following URL: My Sign-Ins | Security Info | Microsoft.com
This is only possible if you still have access to your old device. Should you no longer have access to your old device, please log a call with the helpdesk for assistance.
1. Delete your current Microsoft Authenticator instance:

3. Sign up for MFA again by selecting 'Add sign-in method':

4. Select 'Microsoft Authenticator':

5. Ensure Microsoft Authenticator is installed on your new device, and then select 'Next':

6. Select 'Next':

7. Scan the QR code on your device, and then select 'Next':

8. Enter the code on your device, and then select 'Next':

9. Congratulations, you have set up your Microsoft Account MFA!
