Signing Out of Syspro

Please note the correct process on signing out of Syspro. This will help mitigate issues of inactive sessions, system errors, and reduce ticket requests for ending Syspro sessions.

Correct way to log out of Syspro:

Click on the Syspro icon (top left of Syspro).

Select Exit SYSPRO from the dropdown menu.

Wait until the Syspro window has fully closed before shutting down your PC or disconnecting from Remote Desktop.

Important:

Do not close Syspro by clicking the red X button in the top-right corner of the window.
Do not disconnect from Remote Desktop without first logging out of Syspro.

Following these steps will:

Prevent inactive or “stuck” sessions.
Reduce errors when logging in again.
Improve overall system stability and performance.
